Applicants must be 55 years of age or older. The prices for the assisted living units are based on income levels as well, 20% of the units will be based on 50% A.M.I. for Riverside County, while 80% of the units on 95% A.M.I.

The anticipated housing maximum annual income limits for 2008:

50% of the area median income is $23,300 for a one-person household and $26,650 for two people.
60% of the area median income is $27,960 for a one-person household, and $31,980 for two people.

Wildomar Senior Living Community offers two lifestyle choices:

Apartment Living: One and two bedroom units featuring full kitchens with appliances included, and large dining/living room with private deck or patio. Apartments include the accessibility features most appreciated by older persons such as elevators to second floor units, wide doorways, grab bars in some bathrooms. Additional amenities include: covered carports, laundry rooms, exercise areas, and a recreation/education complex including a heated pool and spa. Residents will have the option of participation in, scheduled activities on and off the site, including shopping expeditions, etc.

Resident's also have the option of enjoying deliciously prepared meals in the beautiful dining room, (nominal fee and reservations required), when the assisted living component is completed.

Assisted Living: An opportunity for less active seniors to live on their own, enjoying the privacy and independence of having one's own apartment while enjoying prepared meals in a lovely dining room, housekeeping and personal care services, transportation to medical appointments, pleasant outings, and regularly scheduled social activities.
