Our grounds are heavily landscaped to resemble a beautiful shady park setting. The overall low density lends itself to much open space. In these spaces residents can enjoy a park-like environment with ½-mile of landscaped walking trails and benches, large and small conversation areas and views of night-lights and vistas available for both residents and guests to use while enjoying the grounds. We have individual flower and vegetable gardening plots for all residents to enjoy. Also, the shaded BBQ and picnic area is great for family and friend get-togethers.

The units and building design has been created with the proven theory of aging the residents in place. In order to accommodate the changing needs of our residents, we also offer "Assisted Living" apartments. This includes; housekeeping, full meal service and activities to keep the people active and energized. Seniors resist change when uprooting their living conditions and daily routines. At an elderly place in their lives, this can be detrimental to their well-being.

To add another very unique and appealing feature, we have designed a large community clubhouse for all residents to enjoy. It features a large pool and Jacuzzi, cabana, library and meeting room. This multi-purpose stand-alone building will be for joint use of our community residents as well as public Senior Citizens of Riverside County in Wildomar. The building is known as the Wildomar Senior Citizen Center. The Senior Center will incorporate many linked services to our complex, including a place for scheduled meetings, social functions, as well as a secured place to enjoy leisure time for all of Wildomar's Senior Residents. This center is also a congregating point for senior information, public health professionals and a variety of other services. A full calendar of social events keeps our residents as active as they choose.

All units are provided with paid utilities. Telephone and cable are extra for the independent apartments; however, cable is included in assisted living rent.

We gladly accept Section 8 Housing Assistance Program residents in all of our units.
